London New Year’s Day Parade

It’s been more than a decade, but Richmond is back at London’s prestigious New Year’s Day Parade!

Every year, each London borough has the opportunity to enter a parade group. Featuring the best dancers, musicians (that’s us!), performers and even some animal friends, from across the borough we love – Richmond.

But the entry needs your support!

The whole group of parade participants and organisers are volunteers and need funds to cover transport for those taking part on the day and to ensure access so that a wide cross-section of our borough can take part.

Every penny raised will go towards the costs of logistics to make Richmond’s parade entry an absolute triumph. Money is needed for, but not limited to, the following:

– Coaches to get participants to and from the parade
– Costumes for our brilliant volunteer dancers
– Insurance to keep our parade group safe

Any money raised in addition to this will be donated to the Mayor’s official charities.
